No manual data handovers should ever be required. GETReturns360 is integrated with a number of e-Commerce merchants including Shopify and Global-e, integrates with various Transport Management Solutions including “Global eTrack”, and has options of populating shipment data automatically from a range of sources. When your customers initiate a return, we’ll automatically be able to populate details from the original outbound order.

Today, GETReturns360 supports refund-only returns—fast and straightforward. While product exchanges aren’t currently available, we’re already enabling store credit and discount vouchers via Shopify API. If you're interested in offering more flexible options, we’d love to explore custom configurations with you.

GETReturns360 supports multiple return methods, depending on what your brand enables. Customers may be able to choose from options such as:

• PUDO lockers

• Drop-off at designated stations

• Doorstep collection by couriers

• Store locators*

*Do note that store locator functionality depends on whether the selected service provider supplies API or store data access.

This is up to you and your transport provider. Examples could include:

• upon receipt of the returned goods from the customer,

• once the goods reach the transport provider’s depot,

• or perhaps after a specific verification step that you have defined.
